As an essential service by Federal guidelines, we will remain open.

It goes without saying that these are unusual times, but we here at Schaefer Autobody Centers want to make sure you are aware that we are committed to meeting your needs. With that in mind, we are taking the following steps to ensure everyone’s safety:

• Our lobby & restroom are being wiped down multiple times a day with disinfectant.
• Our staff will disinfect the area we sit in your vehicle at arrival & departure.
• All employees will be wearing the appropriate protective gear anytime they need to drive your vehicle.
• If you provide us with an email address, we will be happy to send electronic documents to you in lieu of paper.

We are also offering some additional services if you would like a touchless experience, we won’t be offended!

• Touchless estimates – call us when you arrive (636.305.8288) & let us know you’re here, we will come take photos and speak to you with your window down from a safe distance.
• Touchless drop – utilize our key drop box to drop your keys into the building & we will send authorization forms digitally, call us after you have dropped off.
• Touchless pick up – call us in advance to arrange payment & pick up options.
• Enterprise Rent-A-Car is offering complimentary delivery & pick up service of rentals, we can help with that too.
• If you have a compromised immune system call us to schedule our team to pick up your vehicle from your home.

Please keep in mind the safety of our team & customers, if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have flu like symptoms we will be happy to re-schedule your estimate or repairs.
